2. Intellectual Property

2.1 No Ownership of Trademarks or Copyrights:

  • We do not claim ownership of any trademarks, copyrights, or intellectual property of characters or designs that are 3D printed or painted.
  • All trademarks and copyrights remain the property of their respective owners.
  • Our role is limited to providing 3D printing and painting services as commissioned by our customers.

2.2 Customer Responsibility:

  • By submitting a design or requesting a print, you confirm that you have the rights to use, reproduce, or request reproduction of the design.

3. Custom Services

3.1 Custom designs are created based on customer specifications. While we strive to meet expectations, the final product may vary slightly from conceptual designs due to material or technical limitations.

3.2 Once production begins, custom orders are non-refundable due to their bespoke nature.

4. Product Quality and Disclaimer

4.1 Material and Finish:

  • 3D printed models may have minor imperfections due to the nature of the production process.
  • Painted models are finished to a high standard, but slight variations in color or texture may occur.

4.2 Liability:

  • We are not responsible for the misuse, modification, or damage of our products after delivery.

5. Payment and Refund Policy

5.1 Payment Terms:

  • Payment is required upfront for custom orders and 3D printing services.
  • Prices for painted or unpainted models may vary depending on size, material, and complexity.

5.2 Refunds and Cancellations:

  • Refunds are not available for custom orders once production has begun.
  • Cancellations for standard items must be made within 24 hours of purchase.

6. Shipping and Delivery

6.1 Shipping Times:

  • Estimated delivery times will be provided upon order confirmation. Delays may occur due to production time or shipping carrier issues.

6.2 Damage During Shipping:

  • If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
